The information required for the Brokers Opinion of Value includes 3 years of Financial Statements, Interim Financial Statement, List of Assets to be Sold, and List of Outstanding Debt. A Certified Business Intermediary will perform the Brokers Opinion of Value and prepare a report stating the most probable selling price. This process may take several weeks depending on the accuracy and clarity of the information provided.

We will post your business on the most popular business for sale websites using the basic blind profile information of your business. These websites include BizBuySell, BizTrader, USABizMart, and many more. Potential buyers that find your business on these sites will contact you directly either by phone or email.
